I liked talking about talking about history in class because there is some interesting things that I had no ideas had happened. Like everything we learned about the indians so far, I didn't know about all of this because they never me this in history class.

My native american thoughts
I would really be pissed if some where to come to my land and start taking my family and friends. They have no right to do this, or any reason to either. The indians went through some rough things and never gave up. How can some just try to take away the language that you grew up. Its like me coming to the U.S. from Mexico and they tell me i can't speak spanish any more.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I am glad that you are enjoying learning history in our class. I think it is fun to learn about our history through an English perspective. The worker's rights readings/activities should be really great as well.
