I was one of the first responders to the building and it was pretty sad to see that this people had no way out. I had no way of helping them either, It felt horrible to just stand there and watch. To make sure this won't happen we need to have emergency exits clear all the time because we never know when this things will happen. Also we have to keep everything in working order, Have everything checked for working order. I will make sure that this start to happen in every company. I will make sure to have this down as a requirement when opening a company or keeping a company in working order. Inspection be done every year to make sure that everything is ok and working if there is every a fire.
